Discharged from Rehab?

Okay, so you have done it! You have completed your time in rehab with a certificate of completion in hand! Congratulations! There are all sorts of emotions coming at you . Returning home to the exact same environment. You have made some big changes and they(it,home,etc.) just as you left it. Now the work really begins. They say this is where the rubber meets the road. If it is to be, they say, its up to me. Yes, it is up to you! Are you willing to go to any length? If you you are silently screaming, YES I MUST HAVE THIS!
